Hmmm. Let’s see if this works.

Or at least I hope not.
Blizzard has way too much money now.
On a side note: I wonder who was on the short list for these spots. I’ve got a theory deep inside that there are like ten people that speak directly to nerds. These are two of them.
I love when the internet just comes up with stuff like this. One billion people make good times.
People are so crazy about “spoilers” these days. I’ve seen and read a bunch about UbiSoft’s new videogame Assassin’s Creed and I was semi-excited. It’s looks nice, the free running is cool but I’m really not that driven by the ability to run over an entire world, especially one from the Middle-Ages. Castles just ain’t my thing. However, the people I work with are going gaga over it.
But there was this ‘twist’ that many people were talking about but UbiSoft was trying very hard not to leak. It has kept me interested in the game for some time.
Then I saw the following video.
And now I have to play it. Is this how marketing works?
As the entire internet hath now noted, Malcolm Gladwell is back blogging.
However, something you may have missed, is this amazing talk by Gladwell about genius. It is genuinely transfixing and says a lot about both the + and - of the world which we live in now. Essentially it’s saying 12 smart people working together are stronger and more determined to achieve a difficult goal than a single genius working in isolation. Strongly recommend.
Another strong recommendation, Snarkmarket from whom I was given the link to the above. Great stuff.
UPDATED - Firefox has made me into a terrible speller. I no longer even check to see if it’s even close. I’m sorry Malcolm.

If you live anywhere near (or are going to be visiting) Los Angeles, do yourself a favor and get to the Murakami exhibit at MOCA.
It’s amazing. And bright. And beautiful.
